Switching capacitor contactor (CJ19)
CJ19 series switching capacitor contactor (hereinafter referred to
as contactor) is intended for AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated working voltage to 400V power line for low voltage reactive power compensation The device is used to cut or cut off the low voltage shunt capacitor. The contactor has a surge inrush device, which can effectively reduce the impact of the inrush current on the capacitor and suppress the overvoltage at the time of breaking.
Working conditions
The ambient air temperature is: -5ºC~+40ºC, the average value within 24 hours does not exceed +35ºC. Altitude: no more than 2000m.
Atmospheric conditions: The relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of +40ºC; higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 20ºC Up to 90%. Special measures should be taken for condensation that
occasionally occurs due to temperature changes
Installation conditions: The inclination of the mounting surface and the vertical plane is not more than ±5ºC.
Impact vibration: The product should be installed and used in places where there is no significant shaking, shock and vibration.

11 indicates a normally open and normally closed 02 means two normally closed (25A~43A)

Structural features
The contactor is a direct-acting double-breakpoint structure, and the contact system is arranged in two layers. The upper layer has three pairs of current limiting contacts and a current limiting resistor to form a surge inrush device. When it is closed, it is turned on for a few milliseconds. When the working contact is turned on, the permanent magnetic block in the current limiting contact is released under the reaction of the spring, and the current limiting resistor is disconnected, so that the capacitor works normally, and the internal circuit connection diagram of the contactor (see figure).
The contactors of CJ19-25~43 have two pairs of auxiliary contacts, and the contactors of CJ19-63~95 have three pairs of auxiliary contacts. The contactor terminals are covered by an insulating cover and are safe and reliable. Coil terminal with Mark the voltage data to prevent misconnection. The CJ19-25~43 contactor can be mounted with screws or attached to the 35mm standard rail by the bottom slider.
